How to Dry Brush

• Starting at the collarbone, brush downward towards the heart. Repeat this 3-4 times moving across the chest.

• Move to the soles of the feet, brush with even strokes moving up the leg incrementally towards the heart. Repeat this sequence 3-4 times.

• Move to the palms of the hands, brush with even strokes moving up the arm incrementally towards the heart. Repeat this sequence 3-4 times.

• Follow the remaining directional arrows on the front and the back of the body repeating each area 3-4 times, brushing towards the heart with light, even strokes.

• Bathe and moisturize after use. Avoid reddening of the skin. Do not use on face or broken skin.
