Regardless of your skincare regimen, incorporating multifunctional products into the mix can streamline routines, encourage mindful consumption and give your skin the benefits of intentionally formulated products.
Daily Face Polish as a Mini Mask
This most-loved product was originally formulated as a non-lathering facial cleanser that is pH balanced for use in the morning. You might feel the need to freshen up skin when you wake to remove excess sebum and dead skin cells but do not necessarily need a bubbling cleanser to remove makeup. Over the years it has become a multi-purpose product that can be used as an enzymatic mask once weekly.
The natural enzymes in organic honey are what work to soften congestion and remove excess dead skin cells as it is naturally rich in AHAs. This powerhouse ingredient also helps with tone and texture imbalances, helping to reveal vibrant skin.
We love to recommend it as a once-weekly enzymatic mask if you prefer it over any of our clay-based exfoliants. It is beneficial to use it this way to help remove excess debris if you have noticed a rubbery texture on skin or enlarged pores.
To use as an enzymatic mask scoop a spoonful of product and apply to clean, dry skin in an even manner. I like to blend the product between my palms to warm it up before smearing on skin using both hands. From there, let the product sit topically for 3-5 minutes to allow the enzymes to soften congestion by breaking the protein bond between skin layers before rinsing. Make sure to follow either type of application with your favorite facial hydrator as skin is ready and accepting.
Sweet Orange & Rosemary Cleansing Milk for Lymphatic Massage
Cleansing is an important step in any routine as it sets the stage for all products that are layered on top. Our coveted Sweet Orange & Rosemary Cleansing Milk is a pH balanced facial cleanser that is formulated to lift stubborn makeup, SPF and buildup with a texture of velvety bubbles.
Carrot & Rose Eye Repair for Vertical Lip Lines
We absolutely love this ceramide-rich moisturizing eye balm for more than a few reasons. It is formulated with two phyto-retinols to help improve collagen production, skin elasticity and hyperpigmentation. It contains layers upon layers of organic lipids, ceramides and an occlusive barrier to help prevent moisture loss and repair the visible signs of premature aging including the appearance of crepey skin and fine lines.
To use, we recommend removing a small amount by scraping backwards with your thumbnail over the surface of the product. From there, gently warm between both ring fingers until soft and dab on skin to blend without tugging.
While this product is marketed for the delicate skin around the eyes, it is also recommended to use on the thin skin of the cheeks, brows and lips. Over the many years it remains my go-to twice-daily hydrator that I use from cheekbone to eye brows, on my lips and above to help soften the vertical fine lines that seem to appear overnight.
