A byproduct from the making of steam-distilled essential oils, this distillate offers a mild aroma while tightening pores and improving skin’s tone & texture due to astringent properties. Due to its high water concentration, this ingredient must be preserved to prevent the growth of mold, yeast, fungi and other gram+/- bacteria. This ingredient is preserved with the use of Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, a probiotic-based preservative.
