How to Find our Products

Since we opened our doors in 2012, our brand has undergone many changes and shifts and this year has been no different. At the end of May we made a major decision to close our retail storefront with the goal to focus on growing in more sustainable ways that support our clients as we embark on year 13.

While this change was a major shock to many, at the end of the day if we renewed our lease and continued to operate our brick and mortar it would have negatively affected our mission of affordable organics and our clients over time. Instead, we opted to pivot leaving more room for positive change to ensure we can remain true to our ethos now and in the future.

With this shift, we have invested in creating ways to ensure our brand remains accessible and affordable. To help offset the increasing costs in the shipping world, we debuted a $5 Flat Rate shipping option. To deepen our commitment to the happiness of our clients and further stand behind the quality of our formulations we have debuted our Happiness Guarantee. To help your dollars stretch further when shopping on our website we have lowered our free shipping threshold from $150 to $125. In 2023 we debuted our Rewards Program and Sale Collection and they continue to be the cornerstone of our gratitude for the ongoing support we receive from our incredible clients.

While our storefront might be closed, our independent and FDA registered manufacturing lab remains in Asheville and we have worked to create brand partnerships where a curation of our products can be found locally. The retailers we work alongside mean so very much to us. We think of them as a trifecta as they connect their independent business with clients that support our independent brand. This type of collaboration allows all of us to support our communities in more impactful ways.
