End of Year Recap

This year has been one of many challenges yet we have come to find a greater sense of balance.

In late May we closed our retail storefront with the goal of focusing on growing in more sustainable ways that work to support our clients. To help achieve this goal we have invested in our community to ensure our brand remains accessible and affordable through local retail partnerships.

We have also worked to help offset the increasing costs in the shipping world and debuted a $5 Flat Rate shipping option. In efforts to deepen our commitment to the happiness of our clients and further stand behind the quality of our formulations, we have debuted our Happiness Guarantee.

To help your hard-earned dollars stretch further we lowered our free shipping threshold to $125 and this past September we launched our Holiday Scratch Off Cards. We wanted to create a festive way to show our gratitude along with a little surprise for future purchases during the most magical time of the year.

Because of the ongoing love we have received, our business continues to remain solid and supportive of our crew and our community. This year we have donated $1,693.60 to HARK, our local annual partner through our Seasonal Giveback Program™. We have also supported many different organizations including WE ARE, through in-kind gift donations and founding member support. We could not do any of this without you, and for that, we are forever grateful.

As we begin the great unwind and segue slowly into 2025, we wanted to say thank you for your support in 2024. It has been an absolute honor to be part of your day-to-day routine and to be shared in the magic of your holiday season.
